OUTAGE: v1 and v2 API Services (Label and Manifest) - Sunday (5/8/22)

This Sunday morning, DHL eCommerce Solutions will be performing system
upgrades. This will affect Domestic Manifest and International and Domestic Label
generation via API for those on our legacy v1 or v2 API versions.

* v1 and v2 API Domestic Label and Manifest generation
* International (Cross Border) Label generation
