A recently installed replacement for part of our label printing subsystem was misconfigured. Some customers may have experienced issues with proposed shipment generation. Server operational within 2 hours from incident start. ShipHawk DevOps increased capacity, introduced redundancy for the affected systems, and ensured that our standard monitoring is in place for early warning.
